An Exhibition on Plural Ideas of Justice
An Atmosphere of Turmoil by Prerona Mazumdar
The need to be the hero, the martyr & the God leads many amidst trouble. The high emotion-filled raging bodies move towards the ones responsible for creating the chaos. Let’s use the rods lying around, let’s save the world once more. Justice is in our hands. At the moment, I see no difference in gender or age. They are all enraged. Let’s destroy their lives, let’s create space.
An atmosphere of turmoil, few want to capture it all, the reality, their own versions. All with phones aimed at those criminals. Let’s bring justice, let’s put it out today & wait for reactions. Let’s sway emotions, & play with minds. The reality is far left behind. The accused sat like a criminal, living with a crime many believed he did. Let’s send him inside, let’s earn money while he rots there. Let’s use the law for our sakes.
The Illustration is one big detailed outline of various scenarios. The culmination of all scenes in one, a big picture with small snippets.
